During the evening hours of Friday, November 15, investigators with the Nebraska State Patrol conducted alcohol compliance checks in Lincoln and Logan counties.
In total, 12 businesses were checked. One of those businesses sold alcohol to a minor for a non-compliance rate of 8%. All of the businesses checked the minorโs ID. The business that sold alcohol to a minor was:
Hub Bar โ North Platte (sold to minor, checked ID)
The businesses included convenience stores, bars, restaurants, and liquor stores.
Businesses that sell alcohol to a minor are referred to the Nebraska Liquor Control Commission. Clerks who sell alcohol to a minor are cited for procuring alcohol for a minor.
