An Alliance man has accepted a plea agreement on child pornography charges. 29-year old Angello Warfield pleaded No Contest to 1 count of manufacturing child porn with prosecutors dropping 6 counts of possession of child porn.
      Warfield faces up to 50 years in prison when he’s sentenced on Nov 27 in Box Butte County District Court. Regardless of how long a prison term he’s given, he will have to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
The charges filed against Warfield in May were the result of a 4-month Nebraska State Patrol investigation into alleged acts involving a 15-year-old.
