The Alliance Police Department arrested a 30 year old man after a report involving the possession and viewing of illegal sexual material involving minors.
The Alliance Police Department said in a release that officers arrested 30-year-old Nicholas Konopnicki after they investigated a report of possession and viewing of illegal sexual material involving minors.
The release says that during the investigation the subject made statements regarding repeated access to sexual material involving minors. Konopnicki gave consent for law enforcement to search and examine a cellular device believed to contain evidence of criminal activity.
After a preliminary forensic review of the cellular device, Konopnicki was arrested and charged with 15 counts of Possession or Receipt of Child Sexual Abuse Material.
