Chadron High’s Jarek Anderson has signed his letter of intent to compete in track and field at Chadron State College.
Anderson has been a top seven performer at every meet in his Chadron High career in the shot put, and has finished top four or better in 8 of 11 meets over the past two seasons.
His 46’ toss in Ogallala last weekend ranks as one of the top 20 performances in Class B so far this season.
Anderson has already added distance in the discus hitting a personal best 130’ 9” at the John Gasner Invite in Sidney and coming away with a 3rd place finish.
