Funeral services for 53-year old Beverly Brings Plenty are Monday, Nov 21, 2022 at 10:00 at the On Common Ground Church in Rapid City, SD, with Pastor Elton Yellow Boy officiating.
Burial follows at 11:30 at the Mountain View Cemetery in Rapid City.
A one-night wake service starts Sunday, Nov 20, at 5:00 at the On Common Ground Church in Rapid City.
Beverly Arlene Brings Plenty was born on October 19, 1969 in Yankton, SD to Wayne Medicine Elk and Effie Jean Little Cloud. Beverly made her journey to the Spirit World on October 29, 2022 at the Monument Health Hospital in Rapid City, SD.
Beverly is survived by her children Rose Richards, Cyril Medicine Elk, Wendell Medicine Elk, Dwight Medicine Elk, Marvin Brings Plenty, Charles Brings Plenty, and Mariah Little Cloud; sisters Sarah Little Cloud and Irene Little Cloud; brother Duane Medicine Elk; aunt Margie Surrounded; and sisters-in-law Charlotte Frogg, Francine Broken Nose, Barbara Brings Plenty, and Michelle Two Two.
Beverly was preceded in death by her parents Wayne Medicine Elk and Effie Jean Little Cloud; spouse Marvin Brings Plenty Sr; grandmother Lucy Titus-Chasing Horse; mother-in-law Mary Jane Broken Nose; and father-in-law Leroy Brings Plenty.
Pallbearers will be Charles Brings Plenty, Marvin Brings Plenty, Virgil Surrounded, Lloyd Big Crow, Bison Little Spotted Horse, and Keith McCloskey.
Honorary pallbearers will be all friends & relatives.
