Burial is in the Fire Lightning Family Cemetery in Wounded Knee
A two-night wake service will now start Tuesday, Sept 19, at 4:30 at the Fire Lightning residence in Wounded Knee

Bradlee Ray Chief was born on November 15, 1996 in Pine Ridge, SD to Burton Chief, Sr. and Jolene Rowland. Bradlee made his journey to the Spirit World on September 7, 2023 at the Monument Health Hospital in Rapid City, SD.
Bradlee is survived by his mother Jolene Rowland; father Burton Chief Sr; sisters Wiyaka Chief, Joylyn, Sheena, and JoAnna Top Bear, Baby Sheena Rowland, Deandra Chief, Autumn Chief, and Theodora Chief; brothers Daniel Blue Bird, Ace, Burton Jr, Travis, Steven, and Ethan Chief; special friend Kimberly Walking; and numerous nieces, nephews, & cousins.
Bradlee was preceded in death by his grandfather Gary Rowland Sr; grandmothers Eldena (Red Eyes) Ice and Esther Yellow Bull; brothers Brandon Lee Blue Bird and Dakota Chief; grandfather Dave Yakima Chief; aunt Arlene Chief; and uncle Lester “Leslie” Thundershield-Young Dog.
