Graveside services for 67-year old Nebraska Music Hall of Fame member Brad Horse of Cozad, NE, a member of the Crazy Louie Band, are Friday, May 31, 2024 at 1:00 at the Cozad Cemetery.
Cremation was chosen.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family for designation at a later date.

Bradley Joe Horse was born May 2, 1957, in Chadron, NE, to Robert E and Mardra (Williams) Horse. He passed away Monday, May 20, 2024 at Cozad Community Hospital.
Brad graduated from Chadron High School with the class of 1975, by which time his love of music already had him playing with Crazy Louie. Revered regionally, the band played and traveled extensively for a decade, but then Brad met the love of his life, Joy Pyle.
It happened when Crazy Louie was playing a gig in Cozad and on March 20, 1987, Brad and Joy were married at Willow Island.
The couple made their home in Cozad, where they raised their two children and lived their entire married life.Â
Brad made a career working at Nebraska Plastics in Cozad until his retirement and helped several area farmers during harvest, but Crazy Louie remained part of his life as the band would come together periodically over the years for reunions in Chadron.
Brad and his bandmates were inducted into the Nebraska Music Hall of Fame in 2015.
Brad loved his family immensely and attended anything that his children and grandchildren were involved in.
He was a friend to anyone he met and could brighten your day and make you smile with his jokes and laughter. He will be dearly missed by many.
Brad was preceded in death by his wife Joy; father Robert E Horse; brothers Robert M and Tommy Lee; and nephews Michael Horse, Jared Corlett and Jesse Corlett.
Brad is survived by his mother Mardra Horse; son Zach (Erin) Horse and grandsons Liam, Reid and Coye; daughter Brittany Horse; sister Virginia (Dennis) Salisbury; niece Sydney Horse and nephew Crae Horse.
