Funeral services for 29-year old Buzzy Lee DuBray Sr are Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at 2:00 at the American Horse School in Allen, SD, with Pastor Tim Wardell officiating and traditional Lakota services by Mr Justin Poor Bear
Burial is in the Salway Cemetery in Allen.
A two-night wake starts Sunday, July 18, at 11:00, also at the American Horse School in Allen
Buzzy Lee DuBray, Sr. was born on June 5, 1992 in Pine Ridge, SD to Mitchell DuBray, Sr. and Patricia (Plenty Arrows) DuBray. Buzzy made his journey to the Spirit World on July 5, 2021 in Sioux Falls, SD.
Buzzy is survived by his father, Mitchell DuBray, Sr.; mother, Patricia DuBray; wife, Tiana DuBray; children, LaKolya Roy, Buzzy DuBray, Jr., Carlson DuBray, and Shannon DuBray; siblings, Grace (George) DuBray, Marlene Brave Bird, Mitchell DuBray, Jr., Elijah DuBray, Sr., Earl (Melissa) DuBray, Sr., Shanna DuBray, Hannah DuBray, Vincent DuBray, CJ DuBray, and Patrisha Peneaux; 26 nieces & nephews; and grandchildren, Terrel Tayle, Jr. and Eleyjah Tayle.
Buzzy was preceded in death by his sister, Pauline Clover DuBray; paternal grandparents, Carl DuBray, Willard DuBray, Sr. and Lovie Saves Lives; maternal grandparents, Grace Plenty Arrows and Cleveland Tail; aunt, Shanna DuBray; and two angel babies, Belva Janis and Joyce Little Elk.
