The Chadron volleyball team begins the season on the road at Mitchell tonight.
The Cardinals went 1-1 last week in a jamboree hosted at Scottsbluff, splitting games with Morrill and Leyton but head coach Blakelee Hoffman says she was pleased with the progress her team made against the pair of teams.
Chadron went 2-0 against Mitchell last year including a championship win over the Tigers in the Western Conference Tournament.
