Carl Richard Clifford was born on February 16, 1941 in Pine Ridge, SD to Herbert Clifford Sr and Jessie (McGaa) Clifford. Carl made his journey to the Spirit World on August 29, 2023 at the Bennett County Hospital in Martin, SD.
Carl is survived by his brothers Ralph Clifford, Willard Clifford Sr, Francis Clifford, Herbert Clifford Jr, and Adam Clifford; sisters Charlotte Young, Violet Justus, and Anna Pulkrabek; and numerous nieces & nephews.
Carl was preceded in death by his parents Herbert Sr and Jessie Clifford; brother Jim Clifford; and sisters Nita Clifford, Ellen Stephen, Emma Clifford, and Sharron Clifford.
Honorary pallbearers will be all Friends & Relatives
