Funeral services for 36-year old Carl Shaw are Sat, March 4, 2023 at 10:00 at the Woyatan Lutheran Church in Rapid City, SD, with Minister Jonathan Old Horse officiating and traditional Lakota services by Mr Mike Cross
Burial will be 1:00 PM, Wed, March 8, 2023 at 1:00 at the Pine Lawn Memorial Park in Rapid City.
A one-night wake service starts Friday, March 3, at 4:00 at the Woyatan Lutheran Church in Rapid City.

Carl Wayne Shaw was born on May 4, 1986 in Denver, CO to Candra Shaw. Carl made his journey to the Spirit World on February 16, 2023 at the Monument Health Hospital in Rapid City, SD.
Carl is survived by his mother Candra Shaw; father Patrick Running Bear; children Jordan Shaw and Siona Moore; sisters Nicole, Brittany, and Patricia; grandparents Judy (Ray) Kintz, John “Binky” (Vickie) DuBray, Gary (Jodi) Richard, Donna Richard, and Sylvia (Shaw) Pumpkin Seed; aunts Zoey Shaw, Winnie Shaw, and Caroline Richards; uncle Louis Shaw; nephews, Gustavo Martinez, Benicio Martinez, Mauricio Martinez, Gustavo Martinez Jr, and Brooklyn Shaw; nieces Rebecca Reiser, Eva Martinez, Claudia Martinez, Julissa Enriquez, Marissa Martinez, Melissa Martinez, and Alyssa Martinez; cousins Cassandra, Kayla, & Kelsey Usera, Patrick Randall, Eric Shaw, Randy Shaw, Cody Shaw, Pete Richards Jr and Angela Richards; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents.
Carl was preceded in death by his grandparents Clayton Jim Shaw, Lorraine Shaw, Robert Shaw, and Don Mousseaux; great-great-grandparents Clement Shaw and Zoey Mousseaux; great-great-great grandparents Baptist & Winnie Mousseaux; uncle Clayton Shaw Jr; and aunt Kimmie Shaw.
Pallbearers will be Liam Bush, Patrick Shaw, Randy Shaw, Eric Shaw, John DuBray, Wanbli Bush, and Kodi High Horse.
Honorary pallbearers will be All Relatives & Friends.
