Catherine Carmen (Running Hawk) Bianas was born on January 7, 1937 in Pine Ridge, SD, to Joseph and Hattie (Bad Heart Bull) Running Hawk. Catherine made her journey to the Spirit World on March 28, 2023 at her home in Pine Ridge, SD.
Cathy is survived by her children Sandra Johnson, Kaye Rojo, Dana Rojo, Terry Two Bulls Sr, Tiffany Bianas, Isabella Dreamer, Denver Bianas, Lloyd Bianas, Belva Thunder Hawk, and Marletta Soldier Wolf; hunka daughters Miriam Martin and Darla Black; hunka son Evans Martin; and siblings Albert Running Hawk, Diane Standing Soldier, Janet Carrera, and Faye Charging.
