Graveside services for 48-year old Cecil Red Eyes Jr are Tuesday, March 1, 2022 at 1:00 at the Porcupine Presbyterian Cemetery in Porcupine, SD, with traditional Lakota services by Mr Brian Thunder Hawk
Viewing precedes the services from 10:00-to-noon at the Sioux Funeral Home in Pine Ridge
Cecil Eugene Red Eyes Jr was born on February 2, 1974, in Pine Ridge, SD, to Cecil Red Eyes Sr and Irene (Takes the Horse) Williams. Cecil Jr made his journey to the Spirit World on February 15, 2022 in Rapid City, SD.
He is survived by his daughter, Shanna Thunder Hawk; father, Cecil Red Eyes Sr; siblings, Twila, Cletus, Donnie and Thyra Williams; aunt, Sabrina Red Eyes-Fast Wolf; and nieces, Scarlett, Stephanie, Max, and Michelea Williams, April, Cheyenne, Toni and Ashley Marshall.
Cecil was preceded in death by his mother, Irene (Takes the Horse) Williams; and brothers, Marvin and Ivan White Pipe.
Pallbearers will be Max Williams, Al Two Two, Shawn Mousseaux, Brian Thunder Hawk, Simon Thunder Hawk, Stanley Bear Nose, Justin Little Thunder, and Albert Marshall.
Honorary pallbearers will be All Friends & Relatives.
