Chadron got 21 points from their bench and outscored Mitchell 28-12 in the 2nd half to roll to a 49-28 win over the Tigers in the C1-12 sub-district opener on Monday night at Alliance.
It was tied at seven after a quarter and just a five point Chadron lead at the half. The lead extended out to 10 by the end of the 3rd before the Cardinals exploded for 18 points over the final eight minutes
Taverra Sayaloune led Chadron with 10 points as one of 10 to get in the scorebook.
