Fresh off of Monday’s C-10 sub-district title, the Chadron High softball team learned their district final series opponent on Tuesday morning.
The Cardinals, the 14th seed, will travel to 3rd seeded Wahoo Bishop Neumann for a best of 3 series that begins at 10:00 am MT on Friday morning.
This is Chadron’s first appearance in a district final since breaking through to the state tournament in 2017. The Cards take a 17-11 record into the series.
The Cavaliers are the defending Class C state champ and boast a record of 22-5.
