The Chadron High football team snagged their largest margin of victory over Gordon-Rushville in series history, and shut the Mustangs out for just the send time ever in giving new head coach Mike Sandstrom his first win in his first game, 48-0 on Friday night.
Our Service Barber Shop player of the game, Quinn Bailey, rushed for four touchdowns on the night. The Cardinals also added a score on the legs of Lane Davidson, who took home our Dunbar’s U Design It play of the game honors for a powerful stiff arm delivered on a run in the 4th quarter.
Brock Berry found Braden Wright for the other touchdown late in the first half.
Chadron will hit the road next week as they take on Gering.
