The Chadron High girls golf team battled the heat on Tuesday and came away with a 5th place finish at the Sidney Invitational.
Kenzie Pourier claimed a top 10 finish with her round of 103 to take 7th. Teammates Lucy Rischling and Eliana Uhing both fired rounds of 113.
Emerson Landreth carded a 119 and Reese Ritterbush finished with a 121.
Chadron will turn around and head to Bayard on Thursday.
