Chadron, Hay Springs, Sioux County Learn Playoff Opponents

 Following Friday’s playoff clinching win, the Chadron High football team learned on Saturday morning that they earned the 14th seed in the C-1 playoffs and will head east to play #3 Ashland-Greenwood.  It’ll be the first playoff meeting between the two schools.

For Chadron it’s their fifth playoff appearance in the last ten years, while the Bluejays have now made the postseason five straight times.

Kickoff is set for 3:00 pm MT on Friday, October 27th.  We will have coverage on AM 610 KCSR and Chadrad.com.

After running away from Cody-Kilgore in their regular season finale on Thursday, Hay Springs earned home field advantage in the first round of the D-6 playoffs as the 7th seed and will welcome #11 Hampton. It’s the first meeting between the two schools.

Both teams are in the playoffs for the 2nd year in a row.

Kickoff is set for 2:30 pm MT on Friday, October 27th.  We will have coverage on FM 107.7 KBPY and Chadrad.com.

Sioux County is the 14th seed in D-6 and back in the postseason for the 3rd time in five years.  They will make the 537 mile drive to #3 Pawnee City.  Pawnee City is in the playoffs for the 4th straight year.

Game time has not been set yet, but will also be played on Friday, October 27th.
