    Chadron Mayor George Klein issued his Christmas and New Year’s Message during Monday night’s city council meeting.
Klein started out by directly greeting Chadron city employees, then broadened out to include the entire community.
Since Christmas is Monday, that will be the legal holiday with virtually all government offices at all levels closed along with financial institutions. There will be no mail delivery on Monday.
