A Chadron Middle School student was issued a citation earlier this week following an alleged assault on a teacher.
According to Chadron Police Lieutenant Gabe Walz, the incident apparently happened on Monday, and after an investigation of the incident, a juvenile student was cited for third degree assault Tuesday afternoon.
