Chase Olson and Broc Berry nabbed top 10 finishes and the Chadron boys golf team took 3rd with a 351 at the Alliance Invitational on Thursday.
Olson fired an 84 for 3rd and Barry carded an 86 to take 7th. Austin Thyne of Scottsbluff recorded the best round of the day with a 76.
Jacksyn Behrends ended up just outside of the top 10 in 11th after losing a card playoff with a score of 87. Trey Hendrickson closed out his day with a 94 and Shawn Schremmer shot a 102.
Scottsbluff won the team championship over Alliance by 7-strokes, 340-347.
Gordon-Rushville’s Tegan Snyder won the small school division of the Alliance Invite with a round of 84. Teammate Jace Nelson finished with an 87 for 3rd.
Crawford’s Roman Metz shot an 89 and took 4th place. Gabe Varvel of Hay Springs placed 9th with a 92.
