Clarence Wayne Rouillard Jr was born on September 5, 1976 in Pine Ridge, SD to Clarence Rouillard Sr and Phyllis Tobacco. Clarence Jr made his journey to the Spirit World on September 19, 2023 at his home near Oglala, SD.
Clarence is survived by his mother Phyllis Tobacco; siblings Paul Cedar Face, Gina Tobacco, Bobbi Jo Tobacco, Billy Sr, Samuel Sr, Jesse & Audra Rouillard, Kelly, Samantha, and Brandon Rouillard, and William He Crow; children Kia Big Crow-Rouillard, Clarence Rouillard III “Yams”, Cherish Rouillard, Kimimila, Mia, and Lyric Brown Eyes, and Adonis Hornbeck; hunka sisters Brenda Bad Milk, Sunny Rae Hopes, and Latonna Little Bear; aunts Sandra (Emerson) Spider, Carol (Chuck) Bravo, Darlene Iron Boy, and Elveina (Lloyd) Pickett; uncles Lloyd “Ears” Rouillard Sr and Timmy He Crow; cousins Danelle (Lawrence) Two Bulls, Brian (Tammy), Juanita, Frank Jr Starr, April He Crow, Julie, Hatti (Jamie), Whitney, David, Filmore Jr He Crow, Delmer Bird In Ground, Lora Pickett, Donavon He Crow, Shirley (Gaylen) Holy Rock, Sherri, Robert (Deanna), and Lee Rouillard, Louise, Ed, Mike Sr, Cevert, and Brenda Spider, Rodney Rouillard, Sam (Belnita) Bravo, Paul (Edwina) Bravo, Jim Bravo, Melissa & Sandy Iron Boy, Travis, Curtis, & Troy New Holy, Amanda, Mavis, Priscilla, & Mike Rouillard; and numerous nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
Clarence was preceded in death by his father Clarence Rouillard, Sr; grandparents Rudolph & Ida (Jumping Bull) Tobacco, Samuel & Dorothy (Stover) Rouillard; sister Stacey Cedar Face; brothers Melvin & Carey Rouillard; aunts & uncles Gary Tobacco, Larry He Crow, Filmore He Crow Sr, Abraham Tobacco, Cletus Rouillard Sr, Floyd Rouillard Sr, Floyd Rouillard Jr, and Roberta “Bobey” Starr.
