Chadron scored four runs on seven hits in the first three innings against Gering on Tuesday night, but managed just one hit the rest of the way in a 10-4 loss.
Gering was aided by a nine strikeout effort from pitcher Sara Wiese.
The Service Barber Shop player of the game went to Sarah LaBere who went 3-for-3 on the night with two singles and a triple along with two RBI’s and two runs scored.
The Dunbar U Design It play of the game went to Josslyn Pourier for her line drive snag at 3rd base in the top of the 7th inning.
