6. Discuss/approve/disapprove Legacy Coop and Heritage Seed estimates for golf course fertilizer. 

7. Discuss/approve/disapprove of design and permitting by JEO Engineering for relocation of the existing water supply overflow located  at the City’s Raw Water Pump Station approximately 2 miles west of the City along White River. 

8. Discuss/approve/disapprove submitted estimate for park building removal.  

9. Discuss/approve/disapprove bids submitted for sandblasting and concrete work. 

10. Discuss/approve/disapprove re-opening bidding process for pool heater from April 24, 2024 to May 1, 2024.

New Business 

11. Discuss/approve/disapprove park board recommended hire and wages for seasonal park and cemetery help: Augustine Taylor – $13.50 per hour  Tatum Reid – $12.00 per hour 

12. Discuss/approve/disapprove advertising for bids for the Community Building floor from April 24, 2024 to May 15, 2024. 13. Discuss/approve/disapprove golf board approval to purchase 125 dozen range balls from Raw Hide Golf at a total of $926.83. 

14. Discuss/approve/disapprove recommended wage increase for Kailey Klein from $12.00 to $13.00 for taking responsibility in setting  up Lightspeed point of sale system. 

15. Discuss/approve/disapprove renewal bill from Core and Main for meter reader and equipment system updates and tech support: one  year at $2,600 or alternative is $100 per phone call.  

16. Discuss/approve/disapprove Special Designated Liquor License for Diamond Jack’s Corner Bar on June 8, 2024 for Mader Fundraiser.
