Unfinished Business of the Preceding Meetings: - Appointment of medical representative to serve on the Health Board
- Re-address the bill presented from Ron Pelton for 2022 tractor transport.
- Discuss/approve/disapprove advertising for a new street supervisor up to $27.50 per hour
New Business: - Discuss/approve/disapprove sewer cleaning maintenance by Todd Simon
- Roger Campbell with Crawford Area Fund – wanting to discuss improvements at the Railroad Park on Main & 3rd 1
- Mike Britton – presenting his concerns about the neighboring property at 403 Oak St.
- Stacey Swinney, Bridge Consultant, giving update on his findings on the bridge at the sale barn, park and golf course.
- Discussion for recreating/reactivating ordinance regarding chickens within city limits.
- Lisa Stocker representing the Library Board of Trustees to discuss the following:
A. Accept resignation of Marcella Thompson as head librarian
B. Accept resignation of BOT member Barb Richards
C. Accept updated library job descriptions
D. Request to change part-time position to full time position
E. Accept the hiring of new librarian - Discuss/approve/disapprove Treasurer’s report
