Natalie Barry dropped a game high 24 points, including the game winning lay-up with 5-seconds left, and the Crawford girls held off a Silver Lake 4th quarter rally to clinch their first state tournament berth since 2015 with a 49-47 win in the D2-6 championship game on Friday.

Crawford trailed by a point at the half 26-25, but the Rams responded by outscoring the Mustangs 13-2 in the 3rd quarter to take a 10-point lead into the final 8 minutes.

The Mustangs slowly chipped away in the 4th until they knotted the score at 47 with under a minute to go. Crawford would run the clock down until setting an isolation play for Barry to give Crawford their 20th victory of the year.
