Tatum Reid of Crawford scored an event title at the Bloomfield High School Rodeo Saturday, topping the field of pole benders with a 21.674-second run.
It was just one of five top-10, point earning finishes for Reid during the weekend stand in Bloomfield and O’Neill. In addition to winning the pole bending Saturday, she finished eighth in reined cow horse with a score of 127.500 and was ninth in goat tying, clocking a 10.390. Sunday in O’Neill, Reid was fifth in goat tying with a 9.187 and seventh in breakaway with a 2.980.
Harrison’s Jaycee Lambert was second in the barrel racing in Bloomfield, completing the pattern in 16.743; it was her only top-10 finish of the weekend as she was one position out in breakaway Sunday with a 3.430.
