On Monday, November 25 at approximately 11:00 a.m., Dawes County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to Crawford to investigate the unattended death of 90 year old Dawes County resident, Wallace Goff, who had been found to be unresponsive in his home. The Dawes County Attorney/Coroner was contacted shortly thereafter to assist in and coordinate the investigation. After review of the evidence at the scene, witness interviews, a review of medical records and consultation with medical professionals, it was determined that Mr. Goff died of natural causes.
