Delores “DeeDee” Rose Merrivall was born on November 9, 1980 in Pine Ridge, SD to Kathline Glenn and Daniel Merrival. Delores made her journey to the Spirit World on August 31, 2023 in Sioux Falls, SD.
Delores is survived by her mother Kathline Glenn; father Daniel Merrival; children Jasmine Merrival, Winter Rose Yellow Bird, Talisa Marie Yellow Bird, Jessica Aaron Janis, Wambli Yellow Bird Jr, Robert Roy, Richard Dean, and Baby Jess Janis; sisters Patricia Merrival, Lisa Hawk Wing, and Betty Merrival; brothers James Glenn and Simon Glenn; and grandsons Jeremiah Desean, Isaiah Dresean-Trujillo, and Xavier.
Delores was preceded in death by her grandmothers Patricia Jo Mesteth-Fager and Ethel Merrival; cousins Warren Merrival, Mandi Janis, and Rudolph Merrival; and nieces Selena LeBeaux and Dusty Rose Janis.
Pallbearers will be James Glenn, Madison Weiland, Simon Glenn, Naomi Prairie Chicken, Dustin Merrival, Robert Larvie, Daniel Merrival, and Donny “Droops” Merrival.
Honorary pallbearers will be Nita Brown and all Friends & Relatives
