Nebraska men’s basketball is going to Hawaii to compete in the Diamond Head Classic in late December and the opponent for the first round has been announced.
That opponent will be the Murray State Racers. Murray State last year went 12-20 and 9-11 in the Missouri Valley Conference. Other teams in the tournament are Oregon State, College of Charleston, Loyola Chicago, Oakland, Charlotte and Hawaii.
Nebraska will play Murray State in the second to last game of the day on Sunday, December 22 with tip at 7 mt.
