Dominic Orville Waters was born on December 12, 1980 in Pine Ridge, SD to Albert Waters and Violet Bissonette. Dominic made his journey to the Spirit World on September 28, 2024 at the Wyoming Medical Center in Casper, WY.

Dominic was preceded in death by his mother, Violet Bissonette; brother, Travis Moussesau; grandparents, Victor and Cordelia (Goode) Bissonette; aunts, Lena Hart and Ruby Goode; uncles, Lloyd, Orville, and Virgil Bissonette; nephews, Yamni Bissonette, Flint Tall, Jr., Louie Sandoval, Jr.; and cousin, Daniel Bissonette.
Pallbearers will be John DeLong, Richard Tall, Junior Denny, Josh Bissonette, Dustin Hart, Ferrell Crow, Casey Morton, Alkapone White Calf, John Wilson, Lloyd Bissonette, Emmett Rodriguez, and Lee DeCory.

Wake Services: One night wake service starting at 11:00 AM, Thursday, October 10, 2024 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Pine Ridge, SD with evening services with Rosary starting at 6:00 PM.
