Donald Rudy Looks Twice “Wahancanka Luta” was born on August 29, 1945 in Manderson, SD, to Roy Rudy Looks Twice and Mildred Irene Good Crow. Donald made his journey to the Spirit World on June 14, 2022 at the Monument Health Hospital in Rapid City, SD.
Donald is survived by his daughter Donna Looks Twice; son Donroy Shoulders; dog Ska; grandchildren Derek Looks Twice Sr, Summer Looks Twice, D’Andee Respects Nothing, and Kaelem Pawnee Leggins; great-grandchildren Charli, Melody, Derek Jr, Jravian, Jeracia, Kaylena, Zayvia, and Dre’Cole; and first-cousins Roberta Spencer, Philip Jumping Eagle, Audrey Jumping Eagle, Delores Jumping Eagle, Starlette Jumping Eagle, Tiny Pourier, George Looks Twice, Reno Rondeau, Lenny Rondeau, and John Rondeau Sr.
Donald was preceded in death by his son Pernell Hoksila Shoulders; parent, Roy Rudy Looks Twice & Mildren Irene Good Crow; brothers Lyle Looks Twice, Darrell (Prunes) Looks Twice, Orville Looks Twice, and Jonas Hollow Horn; sister Roylene Looks Twice; grandson Pernell “Baby Hoke” Looks Twice; grandparents William & Lucy (Spider) Looks Twice and George & Eva (Eagle Bull) Eagle Elk; aunts Mercy (Leonard) Rondeau, Rebecca Jumping Eagle, and Flora Black Tail Deer; uncles Ernest White Hawk, Rueben Looks Twice, and Leo Looks Twice; and All cousins & relatives who passed on before him.
