According to KNEB News, the nationwide trend of increased early voting continues to hold true in both Nebraska and Wyoming.

As of Monday morning, Nebraska Secretary of State Bob Evnen said county election offices had received and accepted more than 249,000 early voting ballots, which included almost 46,500 early ballots cast in person at county election offices.

Scotts Bluff County started the week with more than 3,700 ballots already cast.

Wyoming is also seeing an increase with absentee turnout by mail and in person exceeding 76,000 by the end of business Monday, which is over 30% of the number of registered voters in the state.
