Emily Ann Chipps was born on Feb 13, 2003 in Pine Ridge, SD to Charlotte Chipps and Donald Doyle Jr. Emily made her journey to the Spirit World on October 29, 2023 at her home in Rapid City.
Emily is survived by her father Donald Doyle Jr; siblings Deanna Chipps, Constance Chipps, Tacanupe Wakan Win Chipps, Trinity Chipps, Cameron Chipps, Malek Alan Doyle, Santos Doyle, Sydney Iron Rope, and Savon Iron Rope; nieces Reagan Randall, Reyna Randall, Mena Iron Cloud, and Deserae Broken Leg; nephews Alicio Tobacco, Brandon Iron Cloud, Elias Chipps, Marcellus Chipps, and Niklaus Broken Leg; aunts Sherry Chipps, Michelle Chipps, Jessie Chipps, Raelene Chipps, Rochelle Chipps, Crystal Chipps, Chastity Bear Killer, Christine Doyle, and Sheila LaMont; uncles Chad Doyle, Conrad Doyle, Brent Lamont, Ace Knight, Trevor Chipps, Vincent Chipps, Godfrey Chipps, Charles Chipps, Ellis Chipps, Jeffrey Chipps, Andrew Chipps, and Woptura Chipps; and numerous cousins.
Emily was preceded in death by her mother Charlotte Chipps; baby boy Loyalty Ray Chipps; maternal grandparents Jaylene Quick Bear and Charles Chipps Sr; paternal grandparents Don James Doyle and Priscilla Ann Means; grandmother Gloria White Feather; great-grandparents Victoria Lodge Skin-Chipps and Ellis Chipps; nephew Ryken Doyle; niece Wanacha Hawni Rae; and best friend Daysia.
Pallbearers will be Malek Doyle, Donald Doyle Jr, Constance Chipps, Deanna Chipps, Tacanupe Wakan Win Chipps, Charles Chipps Jr, Rochelle Chipps, and Raelene Chipps.
