Emily Marie Left Hand was born on July 20, 1968 in Pine Ridge, SD to Jacob Left Hand and Verlie Yellow Boy. Emily made her journey to the Spirit World on September 1, 2024 at the Regional West Medical Center in Scottsbluff, NE.
Emily is survived by her sisters, Freda Palfy, Georgianne Left Hand, Lydia Left Hand; brother, Virgil Left Hand; aunt, Dora Good Plume; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Emily was preceded in death by her father, Jacob Left Hand; mother, Verlie Yellow Boy; aunt, Winona Yellow Boy; brother, Anthony Left Hand; uncle, Andrew Left Hand; grandmother/mother, Annie Yellow Boy; nephew Gerald Condon; niece, Sharon Condon; cousin, Sylvia Yellow Boy; and nephews, Ray & David.
Emily just loved to be around people. She loved to be herself and people loved to be around her. We’re going to miss her.
Pallbearers will be George Yellow Boy, Jason Left Hand, Jeremy Franks, John Sound Sleeper, Glenn Condon, and Adam Comacho
Honorary pallbearers will be all friends and relatives.
