Burial follows at noon at the Mountain View Cemetery in Rapid City.

Eric James Wright “Sagya” was born on Nov 15, 1982, in Pine Ridge, SD, to Theodore E Wright Jr and Wanda Buckman. Eric made his journey to the Spirit World on Feb 3, 2023, at the Monument Health Hospital in Rapid City, SD.
Eric is survived by his son Jeremiah Blaze Wright; mother Wanda Buckman; father Theodore Wright Jr; siblings Briana Morissa Wright, Keanu Jose Wright, Arlen R, Keith B, Anthony B, Akia W, Jonathan C, Farron C., Merna C., and Mika W.; special friend and mother of his son, Sheree Olson; aunts Angela L Wright, Crystal D Wright, Patricia Wright, and Gloria Wright; uncles Alexander S Wright, and Orrin Wright; cousins Trey Wright, Latoya Wright, Cassandra Wright, Trevor LaDeaux, Alexandria Wright, Sierra Wright, Michael Wright Jr, Aaron Wright Jr, Megan Wright, and Lonnie Wright; nieces/nephews, Rebbie A Wright, Brantley E Wright, Tiona Wright, Aryonna Wright, Kaylee Wright, Jaden Bordeaux, Andrea Wright, Riley Wright, Raiden Wright, Aubrey Wright, and Realynn Wright; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Eric was preceded in death by his grandparents Mary O Wright-Fire Thunder and Theodore E Wright Sr; and uncles Aaron W Wright Sr, and Michael Wright Sr.
Pallbearers will be Trey Wright, Aaron Wright, Lonnie Wright, Brandon Wright, Delbert Montgomery, Chris Red Dog, Paul White Face and Treston Wright.
