Florida Helen (Young Bull Bear) Jealous of Him “Wi Luta Winyan” was born on March 22, 1937 in Kyle, SD to Paul Young Bull Bear and Rosa (Morrison) Young Bull Bear. Florida made her journey to the Spirit World on Feb 27, 2024 at her home in Kyle, SD.
Florida is survived by her children Sharon (Reginald) Little Killer, Flora (Rick) Puckett, Lori (Bryan) Cuny, April (Neil) Adams, Edwin Waters, Denise Wounded, and Denver Wounded; grandchildren Samantha (Jace Alex) Puckett, Jessica Puckett (Whitley) Regaleen Little Killer, Liliyah Arredondo, Logan McCloskey, Cole (Shikayla) Puckett, Tonya Cuny, Rylan Cuny, Kanyon Cuny, Karter Cuny, Paul (Candida) Cuny, Les (Shaelyn) Cuny, Coy (Demmi) Cuny, Lee Cuny, Alaina Clifford, Lyman Clifford, Desmond Richards III, and James Clifford; and nieces & nephews Lawanda Black Bear, Lowry Black Bear, Franklin Forward, Margie (Leonard) Few Tails, and Everett Charging Crow Jr.
Florida was preceded in death by her spouse Oscar Jealous of Him Sr; sons Duane Jealous of Him, Everett Jealous of Him Sr, Oscar Jealous of Him Jr, Franklin Jealous of Him Sr, and Christopher Jealous of Him; daughter Delores Faye Jealous of Him-Puckett; and granddaughter Yvonne Loafer.
She was also preceded by her parents Paul Young Bull Bear and Rosa (Morrison) Young Bull Bear; sisters Pauline White Butterfly, Nora Brave Eagle, Mary Young Bull Bear, Barbara Young Bull Bear, Clara Charging Crow and Lydia Young Bull Bear; brothers Theodore Young Bull Bear, Jerry Young Bull Bear, Victor Young Bull Bear, and Martin Young Bull Bear; sister-cousin Darlene Young Bull Bear, hunka family Reno and Amelia Richards.
