Former Chadron State volleyball player Timmi Keisel has been named the head volleyball coach at Sturgis. Keisel is a native of Fleming, CO.
Keisel, who played for the Eagles from 2015 to 2018, has served as an assistant coach since 2020. She was twice an all-RMAC academic honor roll honoree for CSC and earned CoSIDA Super Region 4 academic all-district first team honors as a Senior.
Sturgis finished 5-25 in South Dakota’s largest class this past season.
Keisel replaces Deb Cano who stepped down in November.
