G-R Trio Sign Letters Of Intent

Monday was signing day at Gordon-Rushville with three student-athletes signing their letters of intent.

Jace Nelson, the Mustangs all-time leading boys basketball scorer, will continue his hoops career at Concordia University in Seward.  Nelson helped Gordon-Rushville to their first state tournament appearance this past season.

Carter Anderson is off to Eastern Wyoming College to compete in rodeo.  Anderson finished top five in both the team roping and tie down roping at last year’s state finals.  He finished 11th overall in the tie down at the 2022 National High School Finals Rodeo.

AJae McKimmey will head to Central Community College in Columbus to compete in both volleyball and basketball.  McKimmey helped guide the Lady Mustangs to back to back district basketball championship games the past two seasons.
