Surviving the holiday hoopla without weight gain can be challenging. Make this year different by joining a team and committing to Keep It Steady – in the Maintain Donโt Gain Healthy Living Challenge.
One key to maintaining a healthy weight is to embrace a lifestyle that includes healthy eating, regular physical activity, and achieving balance. Throughout the fun six-week challenge we will aim to practice one or more healthy habits daily to ward off weight gain and promote well-being.
- Exercise at least 15 minutes per day
- Eat Breakfast Daily
- Do not skip meals – Breakfast, lunch, or dinner
- Limit Sugar to one serving or less daily
- Limit alcohol to one serving or less daily
- Eat at least one serving of fruits and one serving of vegetables
- Weigh yourself on or before November 17th and again on December 28th. record both weights on your tracker.
The challenge runs from November 17th – December 28th. Each team member must register & include their team name!
