Funeral Services for 32-year old Jacquelyn Rose Mousseaux are Sunday, October 17, 2021 at 11:00 at the Mousseaux residence, 2.5 miles East of Pine Ridge, SD, with traditional Lakota services by Mr Adam Little Elk & Mr Mike Little Boy
Burial is at the Mousseaux Family Cemetery in Pine Ridge.
A two-night wake service starts Friday, October 15, at 1:00 at the Makasan Presbyterian Church in Oglala, SD. The second night starts Saturday, October 16, also at 1:00, at the Mousseaux residence
Jacquelyn Rose Mousseaux “Cangleska Siyechya Win” ~ Bright Shining Woman ~ was born on October 17, 1988 in Pine Ridge, SD to Ronald Taylor Mousseaux Sr and Simone Sioux Bob. Jacquelyn made her journey to the Spirit World on October 7, 2021 at the Monument Health Hospital in Rapid City, SD.
Jacquelyn is survived by her mother, Simone Sioux Bob; children, Josselyn Mousseaux, Bradeon Wells, Tex Wells, and Ava Wells; siblings, Emmanuel Sioux Bob, Justin (Cheryl) Mousseaux, Lydell (Jennifer) Mousseaux, David (Miranda) Mousseaux, and Ron (Annie) Mousseaux, Jr.; aunts & uncles, Monique Sioux Bob, Emmanuel Sioux Bob, Marlis Richards, Phyliss DeSersa, Kelly Winters, Adam Little Elk, and Violet Mousseaux; nieces & nephews, PJ Sioux Bob, Shilo, Jasmein, Skyla, Justin, Marilyn, & Jerome Carlow, Baby E. Jacquelyn was preceded in death by her father, Ronald Taylor Mousseaux, Sr.; brother, Jason Mousseaux; grandparents, Frank & Rosemarie Sioux Bob, Blanche Crane, and Ronald Taylor Mousseaux, Sr.; and uncles, Mike Sioux Bob and Frank Sioux Bob.
