Jessica Rae Tobacco-Pettigrew “Caŋté Tiŋza Win” was born on October 19, 1975 in Pine Ridge, SD to Dorothi Tobacco and Tom Cadue. Jessica made her journey to the Spirit World on December 26, 2022 at her home near Pine Ridge, SD.
