Funeral services for 76-year old Joan Two Bulls-Decker are Wed, June 16, 2021 at 10:00 at the Prairie Wind Casino conference room with Sister Barb Bogenschutz officiating and traditional Lakota services by Hoksila Mesteth & Mike Carlow Jr.

Burial is at Our Lady of the Sioux Catholic Cemetery in Oglala, SD

A two-night wake service starts Monday, June 14, at 4:00 at the Conference Room at Prairie Wind Casino

Joan Annette Decker was born on November 6, 1944 in Oglala, SD to Moses and Effie (Rouillard) Two Bulls.  Joan made her journey to the Spirit World on June 7, 2021 in Thornton, CO.

Joan is survived by her children, Ellen (Lin Blacksmith) Fills The Pipe, Lance Fills The Pipe, Edwina Fills The Pipe, Jon Decker, Deb (Jesse) Red Star, and Rod Red Star; hunka son, Rudy Two Bulls; sister, Vivian Reed; grandchildren, Gabriella Fills The Pipe, Braedon (Genevieve) Rodriguez, Isabella Fills The Pipe, Calletano Rodriguez, Ilyanna Fills The Pipe, Edwin Fills The Pipe, Drake Decker, Katelyn Shakespeare, Sandra (Ken) Hill, Paulina (Marlon Kelly) Fast Wolf, Veronica (Brad)Davis, Rushell Fast Wolf, Russell Fast Wolf, Jr., Olynn Bad Heart Bull, and Kayla (Jeff) Fast Wolf; great grandchildren, Noah Fills The Pipe, Baby Rodriguez, Suraya Kelly, Shannon Fast Wolf, and Haley Pourier; nieces & nephews, Linda “Bean” Janis, Lynette “Raye Raye” Brown, Elgin Bad Heart Bull, Brenda Janis, Rob Bad Heart Bull, Judy Bad Heart Bull, Lynn Gibbons, Toni (Virgil) Poafpybitty, Hinhan (Kate) Loud Hawk, Lashon Carter, Jodi Bull Bear, Cora Whiting, Josie Yellow Hair, Sherry Has No Horse, Misty Lakota, Hoksila & Misty Mesteth & Children, Madeline Ortego, Collene Dreaming Bear, Wetu Locust, Ty’Leigha Takes The Knife, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Joan was preceded in death by her parents, Moses & Effie (Rouillard) Two Bulls; spouses, Edwin Fills The Pipe and Charlie Decker, Sr.; children, Ron Red Star, Sandra Red Star, Fred Two Bulls, Jr., Carmel Two Bulls, Jennifer Chineworth, Olynn Bad Heart Bull, Denise Gibbons-Brings Him Back, and Katie Shakespeare; hunka son, Kobe B; siblings, Fred Two Bulls, Sr., Marilyn Adams, Norma Two Bulls, and Betty Sanders; grandparents, Fred & Mary Alice (One Crow) Two Bulls, Samuel Rouillard and Jenny Gillespie; niece, Tracey Dreaming Bear; and granddaughter, Geneva Cuny.  

Pallbearers will be Ed Flute, Dan Sanders, Darren Bad Heart Bull, Urva Grass, Jr., Steve Her Many Horses, Russell Fast Wolf, Sr., Bernardo Rodriguez, Jr., and Tyler Yellow Boy.
