John Dale Swallow III was born on May 8, 1963 in Pine Ridge, SD to John Jr and Susanna (White Wolf) Swallow. John made his journey to the Spirit World on May 12, 2024 at the University of Minnesota Health Care Center in Minneapolis, MN.
John is survived by his mother Susanna (White Wolf) Swallow; son Forrest Swallow; brothers Gene Swallow and Dan Swallow; sisters Elizabeth Swallow, Vina Holiday, Mary Swallow, Toni Fast Wolf, and Cindy Schippacase; uncle Victor Swallow; and numerous nieces & nephews.
John was preceded in death by his father John Swallow Jr; paternal grandparents John Sr and Lizzie (Two Bulls) Swallow; and maternal grandparents Alice Bird Eagle and Charles White Wolf.
