Funeral services for 25-year old Joseph “Jay-Jay” Bush Jr are Sunday, May 23, 2021 at 11:00 AM at the Martin Activity Center in Martin, SD, with the Rev John Bush Sr. & Pastor Park Timber officiating.
Burial will be at the Lakota Chapel Cemetery, Martin, SD
A one-night wake service starts Saturday, May 22, at 1:00 PM. also at the Martin Activity Center in Martin, SD
Joseph “Jay-Jay” Matthew was born on March 22, 1996 in Martin, SD to Joseph Bush Sr., and Loretta M. Whirlwind Horse. Joseph “Jay-Jay” made his journey to the Spirit World on May 16, 2021 at the Monument Health Hospital in Rapid City, SD.
“Jay-Jay” is survived by his parents, Joseph Bush, Sr. & Loretta M. Whirlwind Horse; daughter, Bailey Bush; siblings, Sarah Bush, Jonah Bush, Mateo Whirlwind Horse, Demetri Whirlwind Horse, Colven Long Knife, Catelynn Long Knife, Cehleesia Long Knife, Michael “Tank” Yankton; aunties, Karen bush, Sheri Timber, Clardene Black Tail Deer, Angel Bush,Lily Bush, Serena Bush, Tammy Whirlwind Horse, Lori Whirlwind Horse, Julie Poor Bear Corrie Ann Campbell; uncles, Fred Bush, Jr., Bruce One Horn, Warren “Gus” Yellow Hair, Corey Whirlwind Horse; special cousins, Fred “Yamni” Bush III, Dallas Whirlwind Horse, Chris Mousseaux, Kiana Whirlwind Horse; grandfather Fred Bush Sr. Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
