On the morning of September 4,1991 Julian Robert Bear Runner was born to Donald Leslie Bear Runner and Roxanna Bear Runner in Vallejo Ca. Julian lived between Vallejo and Oklahoma until the age of 15. While growing up in Oklahoma, Julian loved playing soccer and basketball and was an avid gamer. At the age 15 when they returned to Vallejo, he attended and graduated from Vallejo High school in 2009. During his high school years, he was in marching and jazz band, while in marching band he had the opportunity to play at the Rose Bowl in San Diego and he was very proud of that. Julian loved being involved in school activities and was also in theater. After high school, he attended Napa Community College where he was majoring in physiology. During this time, he was working with Desert Dave doing reptile shows and traveling around educating people on the life of a reptile. He had such a passion for reptiles and often thought it was normal to let his tarantula walk around the car on the way to the shows. Julian was a very hard worker and took pride in any job that he had. Julian had the biggest heart and a very kind and quirky spirit. He loved to collect all kinds of collectibles of all sorts. He had such a giving heart and would give it great thought when giving a gift to the people he loved. Julian loved his family, especially loved giving them gifts at Christmas and making sure he gave his Mom and siblings the most thought out gifts. Music, oh yes he loved his music, and had a great passion for live music and concerts. Oglala Lakota Sioux is his heritage and Julian was so proud of his Native background. Gentle, kind spirited, loving and great sense of humor is how he should always be remembered.
