Kodi Louis High Horse was born on August 27, 1986 in Pine Ridge, SD to Carlene Felicia Bush and Julian High Horse and was raised by his ina, Reva High Horse. Kodi made his journey to the Spirit World on October 1, 2023 at the Monument Health Hospital in Rapid City, SD.
