Ladene Anne Winters was born January 3, 1960 in Pine Ridge, SD to Rede Bad Cob and Bertha Winters-Two Bulls. She was raised by Matthew Two Bulls, Jr. Ladene made her journey to the Spirit World on January 11, 2025 at her home in Wanblee, SD.
Our beautiful mother Ladene Anne Winters was loved by so many. She always made you feel welcomed in her home and she made sure that you never left hungry. She loved to joke and tease and lived a humble lifestyle. She touched the lives of many people. If so many people of al ages, especially her grandchildren, siblings, nieces and nephews. Most of them considered her their second mom. Ladene Anne was “One Of A Kind”. Her unconditional love is priceless and keeps us all together forever. This is one of the hardest things our family has to so.
Ladene is survived by her son, Royce Gone, Sr.(Kateri Gone); daughters, Kathryn Winters & Family, Shirley Thunder Horse & Family, and Tamera; siblings, Geno (Phyllis) Winters, Sylvester Two Bulls, George Ecoffey, Wayne Finger, Tameria (Mike) Rousey, and Sonya Two Bulls; grandchildren, Royce Gone, Jr., Summer Gone, Royal Gone, Lizzie Gone, Penelope Gone & Abigail Gone, Delilah, Kimimila, Gilbert, Douglas, Kayden, Sunshine, Taylie, & Taylor Winters, Stacy Shirkeyshaw, Kathryn, Emmett, Christian, Jr., Jacob, and Giovanni Winters.
Ladene was preceded in death by her parents, Rede Bad Cob & Bertha Winters-Two Bulls; step-father, Matthew Two Bulls, Jr.; son, Gilbert Lloyd Thunder Horse; granddaughter, Sophia Mae Frost; grandson, Tage Moran; brother, Terrance Eugene Two Bulls; nephew, Sylvester Two Bulls, Jr.; uncles, Louis Anthony Winters, Sr., Herman, Leo, Willard, Lucine Schaffer; aunts, Delores Schrader, and Alma Ann Winters; and cousin, Shirley Ann Winters.

Wake Services: Two night wake service starting at 1:00 PM, Thursday, January 23, 2025 at the TNT Center in Wanblee, SD with evening services starting at 7:00 PM each night with Rosary on Thursday evening.
