Tickets were punched to the South Dakota girls state basketball tournament on Thursday night.
In the Class A SoDak 16, Red Cloud earned the 63-58 win over Garretson, Lakota Tech doubled up Dupree 68-34 and Rapid City Christian held off Miller 60-47. The upset of the night saw 5th seeded St. Thomas More lose to 12th seeded Flandreau 47-38.
Wall is state bound in Class B following their 74-64 win over Warner.
State pairings have already been released. Lakota Tech and Red Cloud will square off as the 4 and 5 seeds in A. Rapid City Christian meets Wagner as the #7 seed.
Wall is the 5th seed in B and plays Sully Buttes.
State tournaments begin next Thursday.
