Legal Marijuana NOW Party’s U.S. Nebraska Senate nominee Mike Marvin will be on the November 3rd ballot.
Marvin is a candidate who is being accused of a plant for nonpartisan candidate Dan Osborn which he denies but said he would work with other candidates to defeat current senator Pete Ricketts. Marvin said he wants to make sure there is a united front against Ricketts.
Democratic nominee Cindy Burbank, who dropped out of the race to support Osborn, paid the $1,740 candidate filing fee for Marvin earlier this year.
The race is one that has drawn national attention as both the Democrat and Republican parties vie for control of the senate.
